Basically this sounds like something to be concerned about. 4-day warning folks.

Laws should be proposed and seek public consultation. From first proposal to vote should be at least a year in my mind.

You give MPs less than 24hrs to review new legislation? Well if it passes then it should only be in law for less than 24hrs.

How about this; any proposed law rushed to vote will only be in law for the same period of notice given over the vote for itself.

We have months of planning consultations put in law over people putting in private loft-conversions, but not to review new national laws??
