A Sieg c3 super would be £474 from Chester, or £648 from Arc. The difference would be build quality & finishing.

I can repair my lathe. Mechanically it’s still in good order. I could probably get £150 for it.

@ThornAppleCider Now debating cheaper to repair & upgrade or buy a 2nd hand better lathe. :P

£4 fitting ordered. Which would have been nice before trying to make one wrecked my £400 lathe.

And the fittings I have are tapered. That’s why they didn’t seem to fit before. Fucks sake…
