According to the list of gears usually bundled with a cheap 7×12 lathe, I’m missing the 65, 57 and 55 gears.

Well, that’s frustrating. My full set of change gears are; 2×80, 2×60, 2×50, 45, 2×40, 35, 30, 2×20
