Imported the GlaDOS model into Blender. Her neck is a very odd design. 4 linear actuators & a central support. 16:37:13, 2012-05-30

GlaDOS's neck is 3 actuators for vector. Central mount has another actuator to angle it up and down. Not a lot of benefit in that. 16:51:14, 2012-05-30
Changing the mount angle just seems to be to raise & lower head. With rotational mount on top, seems to risk gimbal-lock. 16:52:48, 2012-05-30
